• Payment once submitted shall not be refunded.
• No payment shall be transferred to another account.
• In case of any refund matters, the application furnishes the eighth genuine reason to be submitted to Expresstrack office within 5 days.
• The online payment paid by the customers in ICICI Bank shall not be returned under any circumstances. The application shall be appropriately considered for further action by the Expresstrack.
Note: “Any dispute arising between the parties or any dispute or differences arising from this consignment as to the performance or non-performance of the foregoing terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive and irrevocable jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad”
